Draft of Classroom Guidlelines

I've broken this draft down into its component sentences. Take a look, re-write (if necessary), comment, discuss. 

• The mission, as a class, is to foster an inspiring and motivating educational environment
  that promotes creativity, ingenuity, research skills, and collaboration. 
• The community will recognize the importance of each individual’s vision and artistic practice. 
• By creating a noncompetitive environment, the community will form a safety net that
  facilitates honesty and transparency. 
• Respect for one another will be established through healthy critique, evolving dialogues, and shared expertise. 
• The community will make accommodations to ensure that everyone can contribute and receive feedback.

You also agreed that there should be a sentence like this:

• In regard to a member's responsibility to the community they are documenting, we are committed to engendering an ongoing discussion regarding the artists role, relationship, and engagement with their subject(s).
